The G1 Foundation recognizes the need to pull people out of poverty, provide a path to education, and protect the world’s endangered species.
To date the G1 Foundation has raised $10,000 in donations to begin well-digging and other social welfare projects in Africa. The first step to moving people out of poverty and into stable and sustainable living situations is access to clean drinking water.
People in developing communities walk on average 3.75 miles to fetch water each day. This task falls disproportionately on women and children, making it nearly impossible for them to get jobs or an education.
