Helping Create the Skills Employers Need

Rather than hoping students go to college, are able to afford tuition, room and board, food plans, and books, and then that they acquire the skills employers want, why not help ensure that they do? The G1 Foundation is making half and full scholarships available to Utah Valley University and Brigham Young University students studying marketing, 3D animation, or computer science.

The G1 Foundation has a special partnership with Hara, Inc., a technology company based in Orem, Utah. The skills students will acquire studying these subjects at UVU and BYU are highly prized at Hara. Ideally, scholarship recipients will be able to work at Hara as interns before graduation and as full-time employees after completing their degree.
